Island Terrace

A tired and dated house in a quiet cul-de-sac was the perfect project for my client. Simple, elegant and cost-effective finishes in a neutral palette were the brief for this flip. We were asked to pull together a budget-friendly design to help a friend and client fix up their latest project. IKEA cabinets were arranged around the master bed fireplace to provide a quick and cost-effective, built-in look with minimal construction. In the bathrooms, solid stone countertops were picked up in the ‘off-cuts’ section of the stone yards. Knowing where, for what and how to look was the solution for great savings.
